It’s probably not a good thing that I am sharing this with you. This stuff is SOOO good. Like the bowl, and your finger, and eat it straight out of the jar good. So be warned–after making this you will never buy store bought again!
2 Step Honey Roasted Almond Butter
Make delicious almond butter at home in just two steps!

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Dash of sea salt
- Place almonds on a cookie sheet and roast for about 10 mins in the oven, or until they have a "nutty" aroma.
- Cool nuts slightly (until you can handle them without being too hot) and place in a food processor with remaining ingredients--and pulse until they form a creamy nut butter! (About 1-2 mins)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge
- The cooler your almonds are, the longer it will take for them to release their oil. If your nuts are no longer warm, you may need to process longer or add an additional 1 tsp coconut oil
